FIRE ALARM
2-Minute Signal of 8-Second Blasts, with 6-Second intervals between blasts. __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ TORNADO or AIR RAID TAKE COVER SIGNAL One Continuous Blast of 3-Minute duration, which is Civil Preparedness Specfications. ____________________________________________ TORNADO or AIR RAID ALL-CLEAR SIGNAL One Blast of 20 Seconds Duration. __________ TIME and TEST SIGNAL AT 12 NOON EACH DAY One Blast of 10 Seconds Duration. _____ Tornado alarms will be handled and sounded by the Police Dispatcher. Anyone actually sighting a tornado should call 532-3138. Air Raid alarms will be sounded by the Police Dispatcher on orders from the Local Civil Preparedness Director. |
